Located in Mosman Park, NOMA Residences redefines how landscape can shape medium-density living. Deep Green was engaged to construct all landscape elements of the project, delivering a carefully detailed balance of form, function and sustainability. The mature eucalyptus at the heart of the site was retained as a defining feature, providing natural shade, visual identity and ecological continuity throughout the space.
Deep soil zones were incorporated across the site to support the long-term health and growth of large vegetation, ensuring a thriving and resilient garden environment. The curated plant palette combines coastal native species with sculpted and ornamental forms, blending ecological performance with visual interest.
Sustainability was embedded from the outset. The use of drought-tolerant planting, efficient irrigation and permeable surfaces supports water conservation and reduces urban heat. The result is a landscape that not only complements the architecture but actively contributes to passive cooling, biodiversity and comfort for residents.
