The Westin Perth is the city’s newest five-star hotel, offering 368 guest suites featuring amenities such as infinity pool, award-winning spa, and conference space including the CBD’s largest column-free hotel ballroom.

Deep Green Landscaping successfully installed over 50 mature Asian Pears, Jacarandas, Frangipanis and Fig trees with a 95 tonne crane. At the heart of the courtyard is a lawn area and seating surrounded by concrete and rustic corten steel planters with well-established shrubs. Water features are perfectly placed around the dining area, and the same level of lush planting and attention to detail extends to the infinity pool on Level 4.

Deep Green installed over 3,500m2 of paving to this project comprising of cognac granite, porphyry and bluestone. Special consideration had to be made to ensure the stone would arrive in time due to a manufacturer shut down over the Chinese new year period.

The cobble stone paving surrounding the hotel respectfully preserves the precinct’s heritage as Hibernian Hall and the former city fire station site.
